What it means

N% of your mail aligns and nothing of yours is failing. Quarantine still delivers forged mail to a folder your recipients can open; reject refuses it at the door.

How to fix it

Change p=quarantine to p=reject on _dmarc.example.com. Keep your rua address so the reports keep coming.
