What it means

Nothing at _dmarc.example.com tells receivers what to do with mail that fails authentication, so anyone can send phishing that looks exactly like you, and you never find out, because there are no reports either.

How to fix it

Publish a TXT record at _dmarc.example.com: v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:dmarc@example.com, start at none to collect reports, then move to quarantine and reject.
