SPF never says "no"

The record for example.com has no all mechanism, so anything you didn’t list comes back neutral, the same result as having no opinion. Spoofed mail passes through untouched.
How to fix it
End the record with ~all (softfail) or -all (hard fail). It must be the last mechanism.
