When an all mechanism is present, redirect=example.net is ignored completely. Whatever policy lives at example.net never applies, which is rarely what the record intends.
How to fix it
Keep one: use redirect=example.net with no all mechanism, or drop the redirect and list your senders here ending in ~all.
