ATTENTIONWhat it means
Reports addressed to example.net are dropped, because example.net has not published the record that authorises it to receive reports about example.com. You still get reports at your own address, so you are not blind, but whoever expected a copy at example.net is getting nothing and probably does not know.
How to fix it
Ask example.net to publish a TXT record at example.com._report._dmarc.example.net containing v=DMARC1. If that address belongs to a vendor you no longer use, remove it from your rua tag instead.
